Sony’s E3 2018 showcase plans will be a bit different this year, according to a recent announcement. Traditionally, the company has not only shown off gameplay of their highly-anticipated games but also showed off new announcements, as well as some hardware. This year they will only be showing off four first-party titles and a slew of indie and third-party games.

In a rare break from tradition, we wanted to give you an early glimpse at what to expect heading into the Showcase on June 11. PlayStation’s Worldwide Studios will be at E3 in full force to provide you with an exclusive look at four upcoming titles: Death Stranding from Kojima Productions, Ghost of Tsushima from Sucker Punch, Marvel’s Spider-Man from Insomniac Games, and The Last of Us Part II from Naughty Dog.

Fans have previously been speculating over what surprises from PlayStation could be announced. Some even suggesting sequels to Horizon: Zero Dawn and God of War. This year it looks like this will not be the case. There could still be some surprises from AAA developers. As of right now, all Sony’s worldwide developers have been accounted for. Even without a big E3 surprise, Sony still has a stellar year ahead with some great games planned.
