Previously, former Nintendo president, Tatsumi Kimishima stated that the full Fall 2018 lineup has yet to be revealed. This upcoming Direct is sure to unveil many of these surprises and more.
“…the company is preparing to disclose more information to the customers at an appropriate timing, including products that will be launched during the year-end shopping battle. It’s not yet time to announce the full lineup.”
Within the past two weeks, the company has given two directs with its Nindies and Dragalia Lost Showcase. Both were able to highlight titles that have not received as much public attention as their first-party titles.
Many rumors have begun to swirl about what may be shown, including a port of 2012’s New Super Mario Bros. U along with New Super Luigi U. Gamers may also get a first look at the rumored Star Fox Racing title developed by Retro Studios. New trailers for Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu/Eevee! and Super Mario Party can also be expected.
