Nintendo has announced Mario Golf: Super Rush for the Nintendo Switch during their latest Nintendo Direct. This is the last installment in the Mario Golf series since Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour in 2003 for the Nintendo GameCube. The game incorporates motion controls into the game, which is a fantastic touch since golf in Wii Sports was so much fun. The game also has a story mode and a speed golf mode. In speed mode, you hit your ball and are off to the races to get not only the lowest score possible but also beat your fellow competitors. In story mode, you play as your Mii and slowly level up your character, adding points and improving. As time goes by, you’ll become a top competitor and will be able to use your Mii character in versus mode. Mario Golf: Super Rush looks not only like a fantastic addition to the Mario Golf and Mario Sports series’, but also to the Mario franchise as a whole. It has the gameplay and the unique game modes that could make it one of the all-time great Mario sports games. Mario Golf: Super Rush comes out on June 25, and we couldn’t be more excited for its release.
