Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has just received its biggest update yet with version 3.0. Not only did it add Persona 5’s Joker to the roster but it also brought a slew of customizable options, including a stage builder. The community has been hot at work making some incredibly unique stages, so much so that a few are lost in the mix. In order to counter this, here are some Custom Stage Highlights that can be downloaded right now for all users. First up we have Peach Castle from user Juanmanuel. The classic castle seen from Super Mario 64 takes center stage and allows users to duke it out on the main lawn. This is an iconic area that has not been used in the main series, so it’s nice that it can finally now be played. Playing as Peach, Mario, or even Luigi brings back a nostalgic feeling. Up to four players can fight on this stage while reminiscing over the 64-bit era. The user ID for this is DCN3VPRV. Next is a more hilarious entry to the game. The DVD Logo that many remember as bouncing around the screen has made its way into Smash Bros. One of the best parts about this is that the logo actually bounces around and can be battled on top of. This is a great stage to laugh with friends on and displays the sheer creativity that stage builder has to offer. Try to see if this map’s rendition is able to hit the perfect corner. The User ID for DVD Logo is 3377R452. Third on this list is a more personal favorite. Fans of Epic Games‘ Fortnite are sure to remember Kevin the Cube and its destruction of the Battle Royale map. CitrusB’s rendition displays the building aspect of the game, in addition to the floating cube which was seen over Loot Lake. It’s always nice to see third parties make their way into Smash even if it’s done by means of a stage builder. The User ID for this one is 9F42K52V. The final entry here is none other than Maedhros’ Zelda 2 Castle. A perfect recreation of Zelda 2’s starting room first seen in 1987 on the NES. Despite what many may say about the game, it’s still a fun side-scroller that hasn’t been replicated again. The series has steered clear of anything similar to this and remains one of the only direct-sequels the Legend of Zelda franchise has to offer. Definitely check this one out if you’re a fan of the original or just looking for something cool to play. The User ID is 4HY9N8V4. Overall, these are just a few offerings that go above and beyond what many expected. It’s a fantastic addition to the game and brings with it loads of new content that could be created by anyone. Fans wanting new stages or even characters can make their own and share it with the community for free, making this a truly ultimate version of Super Smash Bros on the Nintendo Switch.
