VGCultureHQ is doing yet another giveaway, awarding yet another member in our community the ability to win a Nintendo Switch system and a game. The giveaway will consist of a Nintendo Switch Lite, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and a 128GB microSD card. Not a bad deal, huh? Slightly different than our last giveaway, which was intended to be much more Zelda-centric. It was more for a diehard Nintendo fan. This giveaway, however, is totally casual. Animal Crossing is the fastest-selling system on the Nintendo Switch. It’s a sandbox game. But for some reason, it has become a cultural phenomenon with memorable characters such a Tom Nook and Isabella, who became a playable character in Smash. The game has sold 32.63 copies, making it the second-most popular Switch game besides Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which has sold 35.39 copies year-to-date. Animal Crossing could easily overtake that and make it the best-selling Switch game. Regardless though, we found it to be the best choice for this giveaway, along with the 128GB microSD card.
