According to YouTuber SpawnWave and gaming journalist Jeff Grubb, GameStop has leaked some major Legend of Zelda plans from Nintendo for E3 2021. BY2K on Twitter posted leaked images that GameStop has received featuring several iterations of multiple Zelda characters from various points in the storied franchise. There is supposedly a planned E3 event from Nintendo that will span June 15 and June 16 which indicates that there will be some major reveals, quite possibly multiple Zelda titles, including the storied 35th-anniversary collection.
Apparently GameStop has received these posters.
Starting to think we might get some 35th Anniversary news for Zelda during the Direct if this is legit. pic.twitter.com/Ty7P30Jq6U

There is also a ResetEra thread in which contains an internal GameStop document where a special Zelda event is being held on June 15 and June 16, coinciding with E3 2021. This isn’t confirmed, but these leakers have stellar track records and the images do not lie. We have already heard from multiple sources that Twilight Princess HD and Wind Waker HD will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, and those rumors were back in February (from reputable sources.) Every indication is that Nintendo’s E3 presentation will be a celebration of Zelda, which is one of their most popular and storied franchises.
They already have Skyward Sword HD coming out in six weeks. If Breath of the Wild 2 and several other Zelda titles are brought to the Nintendo Switch in 2021, Nintendo will win E3, hands-down, and that doesn’t even take into account their other possible announcements. Their presentation is 40 minutes after all.
A Zelda-centric E3 is best for everyone in the gaming industry, as the franchise continues to innovate and push gaming forward. And the great thing is, everything points to this being what takes place.
