Power Rangers was my favorite show growing up. In particular, Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger, was my favorite character. Color me surprised when I heard the rumors regarding Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, and color me even more surprised when a teaser trailer was released today. The 50-second trailer for the game prominently features the Green and Red Rangers, and Jason David Frank even makes an appearance! He’s been an ambassador for the series for years, so it only makes sense that he’s involved with the project on some level. Not much is shown, though we do know that it is a fighting game developed by nWay. Here is the description given on YouTube:

It’s unknown if Zords are involved in the game or not, but it’s a safe bet they will be given that they are such a huge part of the Power Rangers lore. Battle for the Grid will release in 2019 for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC.
It cannot come soon enough.
It’s Morphin time!
