Niantic has crafted a cultural phenomenon in Pokemon GO. There was a point where Nintendo was averse to entering the mobile gaming market, but those days are long passed. Just this past December, Pokemon GO was the highest-selling mobile game. That shows not only the power of Pokemon and Nintendo, but Pokemon GO. Now, there are two Pokemon GO timed research events upcoming. First, there is a Sneasel limited research event. It begins on January 30 from 8am to 10am local time, and you can complete tasks in order to encounter Sneasel. There’s a possibility you may even encounter a shiny Sneasel! The second event listed is a new Timed Research event that takes place from January 26 10am local time to February 7 8pm local time. Here you can complete tasks that can lead you to an encounter with Ho-Oh! Below are the details for the events.
