An unnamed animator on Twitter that participated in Episode 7: Assault of the Attack on Titan Final Season has thanked fans for their support following the episode. Despite some criticism, the animator wants fans to know that the team has been working incredibly hard day and night in order to bring the best adaptation of one of the greatest stories ever told to screen. He wishes that everyone can be “more compassionate and encouraging”, calling out the toxic element of the Attack on Titan fanbase, and hopes fans will stick with the show. The animator has shown class, thanking Attack on Titan fans despite the toxic fans and their non-stop harassment of the staff on the show.

Attack on Titan Episode 66: Assault was one of the best in the series. Not only that, it had some of the best animation in the series and can put the haters to bed. Any objective analysis of the animation shows that it was incredible. They even brought on additional animators in order to get the work done. This did not go unnoticed. While some criticism is always warranted, harassment is not. MAPPA has done an incredible job on the final season thus far with very little time to work with. The next episode promises to be a turning point in the season, so everyone stay tuned!
