Unfortunately, the upcoming Titanfall 2 beta will not be available to PC users. The studio, Respawn Entertainment, came out today with a blog post apologizing to the excited Titanfall 2 fans on PC for this unexpected announcement. They said their reasoning behind this is that they did not need to test the beta on all platforms and PC would be the most troublesome to test. With the differences in parts and processing that are in the PC community, the game would just not be able to handle everything at the stage it is in. CEO of Respawn Entertainment, Vince Zampella, had this to say on the matter:

“We’re still making a lot of tweaks and changes to the renderer, the game, and effects so we haven’t run the game through the hardware compatibility lab yet to detect and handle a large variety of hardware–video cards, CPUs, etc.,” Zampella explained. “Quite frankly, we aren’t ready to deal with that yet, we are still making the game better.”

Zampella also talked about how on PC, there might be some players who are a bit too curious to dig into the beta’s code, basically data miners. He continued with how these data miners have the potential to ruin parts of the campaign.

There is some good news for PS4 and Xbox One players on the other hand. Zampella tweeted a little hint of when the beta would be available to console users. He mentioned, “I’d say keep the next two weekends free.” It’s very possible we might be seeing the Titanfall 2 beta in just a couple a days if this tweet holds true.
