Actor, Tom Holland, has “accidentally” revealed the title to the upcoming Spider-Man sequel. He also acknowledged that due to the events of Avengers: Infinity War, it seemed strange to even have another movie featuring the webbed hero. It was shown on his Instagram account that ‘Far From Home’ will be the official name. This hints at the possibility of our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man exploring somewhere other than New York. Spider-Man: Far From Home is set to release in theatres on July 5, 2019. The film will be the first in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to follow the events of Avengers 4. There has also been a confirmation that Jake Gyllenhaal will take the role as the villain, Mysterio. More information regarding the title will be revealed in the months to come. The next Marvel movie to debut is Ant-Man and the Wasp on July 6. This will show fans what exactly Scott Lang was up to following the events of Civil War. Not only this, but it is also going to tie into the events of Infinity War’s final scenes. After this, Captain Marvel will introduce Carol Danvers on March 8. That film is set in the 1990s and will see the return of Agent Coulson, as well as Ronan the Destroyer. Avengers 4 is still on track for its May 3, 2019 release date.
