Arguably one of the best Halo games, Halo: Reachis launching on Xbox One incredibly soon. During Microsoft’s Inside Xbox at X019, the company revealed that the HD remaster is launching next month. On December 3, gamers can boot up their copies of The Master Chief Collection and install the highly anticipated title. It is going to cost $9.99 for those that already own The Master Chief Collection, while the game itself, along with this new DLC is priced at $39.99. Xbox Game Pass owners can expect to download it for no additional charge.

Halo: Reach originally launched back in 2010 for the Xbox 360. The game is a direct prequel to Halo: Combat Evolved and follows a group called Noble Team 6. It takes place in the year 2552 where the war between humans and the Covenant is at a lock. The planet, Reach, is under invasion by the Covenant which must be pushed back by the Noble Team. It’s a game that is vastly underrated among the Halo community and was the last in the series to be developed by Bungie themselves.
