The Japanese publication Famitsu has published their most wanted games for March 8, 2020, which includes 30 titles. 12 of the games are Nintendo Switch titles, while 17 are for the PlayStation 4 and one for the PlayStation Vita. Votes were cast between February 20 and February 26. The Final Fantasy VII Remake takes the top spot again, followed by Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Tales of Arise, Resident Evil 3, and Nioh 2. The top five is identical to its March 1 counterpart, including four PlayStation 4 games and one Nintendo Switch title. In fact, the top 10 is mostly unchanged, with Bayonetta 3, Breath of the Wild 2, and Shin Megami Tensei V all holding their former spots. There are four Nintendo Switch games in the top 10 and six PlayStation 4 games, showing how strongly the system is still doing despite the upcoming release of the PlayStation 5.
