E3 season seems to be underway with the latest announcement from developer Traveller’s Tales. Lego DC Super-Villains has been announced for release later this year. The game is set to allow players to take control of well-known villains such as Harley Quinn, Lex Luthor, Darkseid, and of course, The Joker. Players will also be able to have their own customizable villains, unlockable abilities, and an open-world to explore. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has additionally released what the plot of the game is set to be. “In LEGO DC Super-Villains, the Justice League has disappeared, leaving Earth’s protection to a newcomer group of heroes from a parallel universe, proclaiming themselves as the ‘Justice Syndicate’. Renowned DC Super-Villains from the ‘Legion Of Doom’ discover Earth’s newest heroes may not be the heroes they claim to be.” This is yet another game mentioned in the previous Walmart leak in which we reported on. Lego DC Super-Villains will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on October 16, 2018. Those that pre-order the deluxe edition will be granted early access to the planned TV series character pack. Like the other Lego deluxe editions, it will include the full game, season pass, and a possible minifigure.
