It has been leak after leak this week as the gaming industry prepares for E3 2018. Nintendo appears to be the latest victim of premature reveals. An image has been passed around the community which details a few games that may be seen during Nintendo’s presentation.
The full list of games are as follows:
- Dragon Ball FighterZ
- Fortnite
- Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate
- Fifa 19
- Killer Queen Black
- Starlink: Battle for Atlas
- Paladins
- Overcooked 2
- Mario Tennis Aces
This list is entirely plausible. Bandai Namco has not been shy about supporting the Nintendo Switch with its most recent release being Little Nightmares. Epic Games’ mega-hit, Fortnite, is also a sure announcement. There is no doubt it can run on Nintendo’s hybrid system since it is also on mobile. Monster Hunter, Fifa 19, and Mario Tennis Aces should have been guarantees. However, the biggest surprise comes from Overcooked 2. The hit co-op party game has seen success on the system but a sequel was not expected.
Nintendo’s E3 will be in a direct format and will take place on Tuesday, June 12 at 9 AM PST/Noon EST. This can be viewed on all major streaming platforms as well as social media. Nintendo will also be hosting a Super Smash Bros. Invitational and the Splatoon 2 World Championships.
