Nintendo has released the top 30 downloadable titles for the month of October on the Nintendo Switch eShop. There aren’t too many surprises, with Fortnite topping the list, followed by Untitled Goose Game and Luigi’s Mansion 3, which released on Halloween. Minecraft and Overwatch round out the top five, but the next two games are rather surprising. Breath of the Wild and Link’s Awakening finished at six and seven respectively. It’s not surprising that these games sold so well, especially digitally, but the fact that two Zelda games finished right outside the top five proves that The Legend of Zelda is now Nintendo’s flagship franchise. Outside of Luigi’s Mansion 3 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, there were no mainline Mario games on the list. Here are the top 30 downloadable games from October on the eShop in full.
